Founder and CEO , Level Water
Ian is the Founder and CEO of Level Water. The charity teaches disabled children to swim, working in 200 pools and delivering 50,000 bespoke one-to-one lessons each year. The charity aims to solve disability learn-to-swim in the next decade, and is currently 7% of the way there.
Before Level Water, Ian worked in Mergers & Acquisitions, Brand Management, and was European Director of a London-based Innovation Agency. He Chairs Sport England's Swim Alliance Inclusion committee, was shortlisted for Charity CEO of the year in 2024 and is on the HBR advisory board. He can be found around the water when possible, surfing, swimming, freediving, paddleboarding, and can still just about struggle through Great Balls of Fire on the piano.
Ian also coaches and advises charity CEOs and boards on leadership, culture, vision, strategy and risk-taking.
