Helen Slee

Helen joined Save the Children in 2019 as a Regional Manager, leading a team of Community Fundraising Managers across the North of England and the Midlands. In February 2022, Helen transitioned to the role of Supporter Led Fundraising Lead. This position focuses on driving growth from Challenge Events, In Aid of Fundraising, and Committed Community Givers. This portfolio is valued at £2m by 2025.

Before joining Save the Children, Helen held a senior role at an international development charity, focusing on major donor and corporate fundraising in markets such as the UK, North America, and South East Asia. Helen's career highlight has been seeing how individuals and communities across the UK fundraised immense amounts of money throughout Covid and showed how resilient and innovative these supporters can be!
