Hayley Brown is the Chief Executive Officer of Link to Change, an independent charity offering intensive and therapeutic support for children and young people that are victims and survivors of exploitation.

Hayley brings over 20 years of impactful leadership in the voluntary sector, championing the rights and wellbeing of disadvantaged children, young people, and adults. Currently steering the ship at Link to Change, a charity committed to eradicating the risk of child exploitation. With a recently accomplished MBA Hayley has demonstrated expertise in leadership in the voluntary sector, strategic planning, consultancy, fundraising, and program management. With a strong commitment to mental health support, her career spans national and local charities, focusing extensively on child sexual exploitation, trauma, and abuse. In addition to this, Hayley is a noteworthy guest speaker across the country, sharing her lived experiences within mental health and overcoming adversity.
