Gem Desouza

Gemela DeSouza's biggest passion is building meaningful connections and driving positive impact. As a Corporate Partnership Manager at the RSPCA, she leads on key partnerships with organisations such as Smart Energy GB, Purina and Amazon, which generate shared value and vital support for animal welfare.

Before joining the RSPCA, Gem honed her skills in the Corporate team at Barnardo’s managing a breadth of partnerships. From large strategic partners such as Amazon and Zurich Community Trust, to charity of the year partnerships with Hollywood Bowl.  

In her spare time, you can find Gem unwinding in a yoga studio or volunteering with Angel Shed Theatre.
