Dr Sanjiv Lingayah

Dr Sanjiv Lingayah is a researcher, writer and experimenter specialising in anti-racism and race equity. Sanjiv is the co-creator of the original Home Truths project and its sequel, Home Truths 2. As lead author of the Home Truths report, Sanjiv helped to show that civil society does not simply have a diversity problem; it has a racism problem. Sanjiv is also the founder and director of Reframing Race – a research-based initiative that exists to change the public conversation on racism in order to build an anti-racist future.
