Catherine Orr

As Head of Casework, Catherine is responsible for the Fundraising Regulator’s complaints function. Catherine first joined the regulator in 2017 as Case Manager.

Before this, Catherine spent five years at the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman within its Health Investigations Directorate and casework team. Catherine began her career as a local authority social worker.
