Alice Morgan

Alice is an experienced Head of Fundraising and currently holds this position at The Lullaby Trust. Before becoming a head of department she specialised in major giving, primarily major donor management, trusts and foundations, and special events, but has a sound knowledge and experience in managing all fundraising disciplines. Alice has experience leading fundraising teams to achieve significant growth in small to medium sized charities, and is an ardent believer in a collaborative leadership style and fostering collective accountability .

She is an advocate for the supporter centric approach to fundraising, and has experience in implementing supporter journey and stewardship to grow loyalty.

Alice is also a trustee and board director of the animal welfare charity, Crustacean Compassion.
